Only problem could be the rims, a 51 H probably had the rims with 3 loops that bolts go through to install on the wheel. That type rim will fit the 350 wheels. If you happen to have rims with no bolt loops, they won't fit the 350 wheels. Only differences if comparing the same type wheels in appearance, would be wheel castings were made stronger on later wheels, mainly at the rim mounting holes. If comparing notice the casting is thicker there and longer rim mounting bolts were used. If you have the same rims I would bolt it on and not worry because after 1952 or 53 IH only sold the later castings as replacement wheels for any H. Some real late 51 tractors may have come with the thicker wheels. IH used the term for right or left side of tractor as with the operator sitting in the seat. Don't know which way Gordo means.
