The pully should has oil in it. There was a roll pin driven into a hole, bored to the bushing. The roll pin should come close to the housing but make no contact. As the pully and hub spin centrifugal force throws the oil to the outide of the hub in an even layer and the end of the hollow roll pin is scooping it up nd feeding it to the bushing. I think it works ok till nobuddy puts oil in it for many years.
