The transmission and TA share oil.
There is only one hydraulic filter.
You would do well to get yourself a manual. It shows where all the fill/drain points are, where the filters are, and how much oil you need. Not just for the transmission but for the whole tractor.
Unfortunately, changing the oil won't fix your problem. If it was caused by bad oil or a plugged filter, and you ran it that way until problems started appearing, the damage has been done.
