Rustred is correct if it is the old clutch. If it is new, just sitting with it engaged can rust it tight in many cases. I would head it out of the building, put it in 2nd or third and start it with the clutch blocked down. It might take some brake application to get it free, but it will probably do so. If it is not running, put it in high gear, block the wheels /lock the brakes, and block the clutch down. Then use the starter to bump (brief 1/2 second application of starter) the engine several times to shock the disk loose from the F/W. Jim.
