actually it was the early cubs that were rated at 10 H.P.the brochure for the 184 rates it at 18 H.P.(go to the archives and do a search for "Cub Horsepower",lots of good stuff there).
A post hole digger will have to be a IH for your tractor,you have a non-standard PTO the spline is 15/16"vs1&3/8" and the speed is 1800vs540 RPM.
IH can sell you a CBI-4 parts manual that will show you all the implements ever made for these tractors(parts book for your tractor is TC-131)both are very helpful.
I`m surprised about the loboy on the ID plate mine is a 79 or 80 and has no reference to loboy on the tractor or manuals.Yours might be a very early 184 not sure about that though...Mike
