International cub loboy 1960 model not charging. Shop the generator, it"s OK, Checked the wiring, looks good, bought a new regulator from this site. You can guess where I"m going, still no charge. Took old and new regulators to the shop for a check. Old regulator is no good and the new made in India regulator puts out about 1 volt. Moral to this story, buy US even at twice the price. Lucky to have a good shop tech to adjust the new reg. Guess they never check these things, just ship em out.
