Make one yourself. Ya need about 3' of 5/8" round bar stock, a 5/16x 1 1/2 grade 5 bolt(with head removed) a drill and a vice. You don't really even need to weld the pin into the end of the rod, a dab of good glue will work for as much as you need it. My cub hand cranks so easy that I haven't bothered getting the starter fixed...
