The most common way to convert one to rubber was to just cut the steel rim off of the spokes, and then weld a rim for rubber tires to the spokes, but please, do not butcher up a GOOD set of steel wheels. My little Genius has been converted to rubber. I have another parts plow that still has the original steel wheels, and I am seriously considering mounting the steel wheels on the plow that I use. (No more flat tires)
