No leads. I am in MA and we don't grow cotton. I bought a cotton picker PTO from a farmer in Bakersfield on a trip to CA. He had about four old pickers and a bunch of picker parts on many pallets. I don't have a name or address but he was south of town.
I'd place a wanted ad here for the parts you want. Or, better yet, go to cotton country and talk to the owners of cotton farms. Somebody will steer you in the right direction. It could be a salvage yard or another cotton farmer.
Fork lifts were also reverse operated but I have never seen a M sized or later tractor that was factory converted .
