Identifing International Tractor

We have an International tractor and not sure of the model of the tractor. We found some # on the right side of the engine they were BC144 and 9343, I am not sure if these are the model and serial # or not. I looked in the photo galley and thought that our tractor looks simliar to the 1961 240 utility posted there. It has a 4 cylinder gas motor. Any information would be greatly apprectiated, we would like to find a service manual for this tractor. Thank you.
