Depends on what you would like to achieve. If you like to spend a lot of time and money, use a lot of elbow grease, bust your knuckles, suffer from frustration, but in the end be able to proudly say that this is the tractor you restored, buy it for the least amount you can agree on with the seller. (My guess would be 250 Can. dollars max but a I have no idea of prices in your area.) If you would just like to have a decent older tractor, look for a runner and be time and money ahead.
