Correction, should have looked the numbers up last night instead of depending on memory. All 45995 numbers posted above correct to 45955. Engine serial number break for left and right hand thread cams in a C281 is 9861 and higher came with left hand. First production installed 45955DA cam in a C264. engine # 136834 up to C281 9860.
