Right side of the tractor where you place your feet... so these are not the valve handles that are part of the tractor and located on the right side of the dash? If they are part of the loader, places like TSC have replacement valves for loaders and handles that fit, if you want to relocate the valves. As for increasing the "pump power", the only way to do that is with a higher pressure relief valve. If you are using the tractor pump, I wouldn't do that as you may go over the rated pressure of the pump.... maybe a little would be okay, but not much. I'm not sure where the RV is on the 300, I think it's in a block on the tractor valves under the dash, but it may be possible to shim the spring to increase the pressure. Increasing the flow with a bigger pump would make it operate faster and increasing the pressure relief valve will increase the lift weight or capacity.
