CNKS is correct if it is a Live pump on the engine in front of the distributor. If it is a belly pump, it is in the middle of the tractor and accessed from the bottom. If belly Liftall pump, the seal in question is a lip type seal and easily changed It is necessary to drop the drive shaft to the pump (sheet metal cover) cotter pins, and remove shaft. Drop the pump with care after removing the elbows and control lever and cap. It is heavy and awkward. A floor jack and two people, or threaded rod with nuts to lower it are good options. When lowered, the drive flange needs to be removed. it will be tight. Remove the pump from the reservoir casting. Stick a brass or copper wedge into the gears through the intake port. Turn the slotted drive flange CCW to loosen (normal threads). The seal is then easy to replace. A duplicate should be able to be found at NAPA or Motion Industries etc. Jim
