Hydraulics won't work right

I have a 1961 560 I have owned for several years.
When I purchased it I could lift 2000 lbs in my pig lift. I could lift the rear wheels off the ground. It slowly has gotten weaker and weaker. I replaced the pump this summer and it is a little better but not great. Not good enough to risk purchasing a good hydraulic loader. I have flushed the system, kept water out as best I can (store the tractor inside)etc. I have had suggestions as to look at the Tele-depth, pressure relief valve etc.
Any other suggestions ?????
