A one way cyl will lift the same if valve is set for two way or one way, difference is that when you lower the cyl you will be deadheading the system unnecessarily(operating on relief valve pressure in stead of recirculating pressue). If the 560 cannot lift that disk you have either a weak system or too small of a cyl for the job.
