If I comprehended the story correctly, the tractor was running rough, you replaced the condenser, points and wire from the coil and now you have no spark, correct? If this is correct here are A few things to check: Be sure the wires from the coil and condenser are not touching the case of the mag where they are attached to the points. This sounds like your problem if you ask me. Be sure the points are not grounded out at the base where they pivot. Be sure the gear drive mechanism that drives the rotor is in time with the points. This can be installed on the shaft with the flat spot on it 180 degrees out of time. Hope these suggestions help.
