It was dripping and missing one of the three bolts that joined the top and bottom. I bought a kit from Tractor Supply on a whim to fix it. It ran great before I goofed it up, just leaked bad. Float does not have a hole in it. I have a friend who is good with IH and JD engines help adjust it. He runs a full time carpentry business and just does not have time to tackle it for me right now. All of the governor linkage is correct. it just will not idle as low as it would reliably and will starve out. if it sets it will flood, I have the float where it should be but now luck. I should have left it alone. Can you email me pricing?
