It could be that that tractor did not come with touch control hydraulics, as I believe it was an option. May have been added either from dealer, or a salvage tractor. However I have never seen a C without the touch control hydraulics. Others can correct me if I am wrong, but I think I read that in one of Guy Fay's book.
