The original wheel color was probably IH cream. But to be sure, take the tires off the wheels. Unless the wheels have been exposed to weather for an extended length of time, you'll probably find the paint inside the wheels is in decent shape. Then you can go to a good paint shop and have them match the original color. This is what I did when I repainted the wheels on my IH #39 plow.
