Case-IH will have the full kit, to the tune of $90 to $100.
If your thottle shaft is not worn very much, and the choke shaft and lever are all in good shape, why not just get the basic, gaskets and float valve kit for $10? You can still fully disassemble and thoroughly clean the carburetor.
