GEAR PROBLEMS WITH IH 454

Hey everyone! I have lost reverse and forward
on my IH 454 and for some reason, when you put it
in neutral, it goes forward! Saw a post here from
1999 with a similar problem but follow-ups. Anyone out there know h ow to fix this problem? I would appreciate any information you guys can
provide. Thanks!
