Other than displacement, nothing between these engines is similar. The 152 was used in the H. The 153 was mainly used in a few small IH combines and the 504. I can think of about 100 different people or engine shops that rebuild 4 cylinder IH engines. Are you looking for a stock rebuild or do you want to push it out for pulling.
