I don't have the ratios on the Heisler as I haven't been able to find any litature on them anywhere for sale. They are like what you describe as the four high range gears (1st through 4th) are all faster then the normal 4th and I would guess 4th in the high range (Heisler engaged) is something like 12 mph. A good speed with some torque as that is what my uncle used in Iowa to haul wagons of corn back to the crib down the county road so he had some power on the slight grade he had to travel, Hal.
