That was a tough one but I have been looking thru the literature on this and found a #23 mower that appears to be pitmanless and is rated to cut from vertical to 45 degrees below vertical. IH made a lot of mowers from the pitman style to the later balanced head mowers. Side mount balanced head mowers are very heavy. I would not want to try either the 110 (mounts under tractor) or 115 (mounts on right side) on a SA. The #23 does not list the SA as compatible but it does list the 140 and 240. Maybe this would adapt but never done it so someone else would have to tell you. Some pitman mowers have limited down angle cutting ability but cannot compare to the balanced head mowers in this regard.
