What's the recommended way to install F-20 pistons? I have a set of used sleeves bored out to accomodate the original 4" pistons. They're pretty thin at the bottom of the skirt, so seem fragile for installing from the bottom if a ring gets hung-up. Also, is there a special type of ring compressor and/or technique to go from the bottom? Can you fit a mallet or hammer handle inside the block to tap them in? Or can they go in from the top w/4" cylinders? It seems like the crank end of the connecting rods wouldn't fit through the cylinder for standard size, but hoping that works for the larger 4" cylinder. The tractors is 3 hours away, so I'm going off memory for sizing things up.
