Aftermarket parts are hit or miss.
A&I tie rods and bushings for the front end of my H are as heavy duty as the originals and seem to be of reasonable quality.
Aftermarket brake bands for the H are absolute junk. Bolt holes on replacement seats may or may not all line up (3 out of ain't bad...).
You can only tell once you have the part in your hand and check it out. If it would be a lot of work to replace a failed aftermarket part, I would not be afraid to pay a little more.
