Just to be sure I'm clear on this, are you saying the OD of the replacement seal will be the same as the OD of the sleeve used with the older double seal assembly? In that case, the sleeve is no longer needed and can be eliminated. I understand what you're saying about positioning the single seal so the rubber seats on "fresh metal" on the brake drum hub. Makes sense. Thanks again.
