Radiator Removal 1957 IH 450

First of all I would like to thank Jon for his advice about removing the two bolts. The problem is where do I locate these bolts, it appears that the plate underneath that hols the front end to the frame is in the way. what's the trick ? Am I looking in the right spot for these mounting bolts ? Again thank you (KEN HARRIS)
