I'm guessing thats what the previous owner did. I ran the tractor for about two years after I bought it, figuring I would discover any major issues before I put the money into the restore, well so much for that theory, looks like previous owner peened the head and then probably added some kinda stop leak. I guessing thats why she didn't leak, I could just do that again but why start taking shortcuts, I would rather fix it right the first time, and hopefully not have to mess with it again for a long time
