Are you stating that you have high voltage at the high tension lead at the coil? If this is correct, only several things come to mind as to why the high voltage is not going to the sparkplugs. The reasons are A...The coil wire is bad. B....The rotor button is shorted to the shaft that it mounts to. C...The cap is shorted and you should see a burn mark (arcing) D...bad plug wires (using automobile carbon type wires instead of a wire set with a wire conductor.
