What does a #8 2-bottom on steel weigh, approximately?
Ballpark figure, rounded up to the nearest 100lbs.
My uncle's discovered that scrap is $200/ton. Luckily Dad caught him before he got the torches out and started cutting up the plow.
It doesn't weigh 1000lbs does it? I told Dad I'd give him $100, which is about double what I figure he'd get for scrap, and I'd do all the work of hauling it away!
Only problem is I have more plows than tractors now!
