A Super A typically uses a "mounted" plow. That is, a plow that is bolted to the tractor rather than attached through some sort of universal quick-attach system like Fast Hitch, 3pt hitch, or conventional drawbar.
The process for mounting the plow is:
1. Remove the drawbar, turn it around, and mount it to the front mounting studs. This is probably the C-shaped thing you are talking about.
2. Remove the bolts that hold the drawbar at a set height.
3. Attach the plow to the drawbar using two carriage bolts.
4. Attach the depth control bar from the center hole in the reversed drawbar to the right hydraulic arm.
5. Attach a short chain from the plow to the rear rockshaft for lift.
