First off blow the cylinders out with air if you can. Then pour some ATF in the cylinders and put the plugs in and let it sit a day or 2. Then pull the plugs and I'll bet it will turn over just fine. If your area has been like my area this year it has been very humid and that is enough to cause tat problem Had that on an A engine just today and it has ATF in it right now
