I am restoring a '51 super c. I bought a brand new clutch disk and throwout bearing from my IH dealer. The disk was actually cheaper than aftermarket. Central tractor wanted more money for a rebuilt one. The old bearing was eaten up and the new one was $126 but the new one allows me to replace the bearing from the carrier for $18 if I ever have to again. If you are going to all the trouble to split the tractor replace the bearing with the clutch plate. I have the rockford clutch. I took it apart and cleaned and painted it and checked all the springs.
