Hammers and plows

Well; after getting the Touch Controls freed up, and gaining a renewed appreciation for my dad's favorite hammer, a couple of fellows explained the niceties of cultivator adjustments. I got the points into the dirt this evening. Now I know why mould board plows were invented! In the several years the gardens have been allowed to lay dormant they have been overrun by weeds and grass. When the cultivators dug in, the top inch, with the foliage, separated and balled up on the shanks. Made a real mound at the end of the run. Guess since the tractor lacks any lift at rear I'll check with the dealer and see if there is something in the way of a plow which attaches to the front lift.
