Firs, disconnect the batteries and shut off the fuel, For a Roosamaster pump, over may have slight variations, remove the small cover on the side of the pump & the cover on the fly wheel housing. Using a prybay turn the engine, using the notches in the flywheel, till the timing marks on the fuel pump line up. Then remove the pump and stuff a rag in the pump drive opening on the engine to prevent any dirt or forgien objects getting in.
Don.t start or turn the engine on the tracttor till pump is reinstalled. To reinstall, line up timing marks & reinstall. You'll probably have to bleed a couple injectors to get it started and it will run a little rough for a couple minutes till all the air gets out of the system.
