IH typically said that the rim size can be 1 inch less than the tread width. The tread width of your tires is 10 inches, 11.2 is the cross section at the widest point. I have an M with either 11 or 12 inch rims and a 460 with 12 inch, both with 13.6 inch (12 inch tread width) tires. They fit perfectly. I have an H with 13.6 in tires on 10 inch rims. They are very obviously curved at the top, meaning that in this case 2 inches less than the tread width is too much. It can be done, but it is not the best fit. Yours will be fine with 11.2's.
