Put in good antifreeze 50 50 blend. Fill the fuel tank and put Sta-Bil fuel stabalizer in it as directed on label. Shut off the fuel at the tank (as always) and drain the carb. remove the sediment bowl and clean it then put it back on. Put a hand ball or other small rubber ball, in the exhaust pipe (with the rain cap up to keep humidity out as much as possible. Cover the seat with a poly bag to prevent bird dropping deposits. Putting the axle housings on a set of blocks can reduce tire cracking if they are prone to it. Do not let tires get flat, they will crack easily and be toast. If you have not checked the trans/dif oil, be sure it is not milky with water. Same goes for the Hytran, and air cleaner oil. Block the clutch pedal down and leave the brakes off. Block the tractor from moving. Pull one of the battery terminals off and put a good charge on it, or put a battery maintainer on it. Best of luck, Jim
