your in good shape, just retorque to 80 lbs and all is fine. the plenty copper coat thing is not nesessary , as it only takes a thin film on gasket as the rest will only be squeezed out anyway. its just a little extra insurance for no leaks. make sure you reset your valve lash as it will decrease once you torque head again.
