Erik you can buy them for $1100 to $1500 in running order.... I bought a 1946 M parts tractor without wheels, tires, starter, carb and drawbar, etc for $160... tranny gears that I bought it for were junk in that one too... The one you are looking at may be very simular to this.... May have had several other "old age" problems when it was parked; in addition to a "possible head gasket"... How badly worn out is the drawbar and steering..this may reflect the rest of the tractor's general condition. It would have to be one real Honey of a non-running tractor to be worth what they are asking for it.
