Hate to burst his bubble but IH never used drop box final drives on the 12/14 or full length frame rails. The frame bolts to the front of the transmission and they all have drive axles sticking directly out of the transmission case. The H and the M would carry the design started by the 12/14. The 12/14 steering brakes are rods inside the frame rails not cables running down the outside. There is no doubt that is an F20
(and roundspoke wheels should always be completely red)
