Not bad at all if you have the stands and a concrete floor. You know that you can put a 14" clutch and pressure plate in that 856. Only thing you will have to change the flywheel. I bought a good used one for 50.00 two years ago and got a clutch and pressure plate for a 1206 or 1256. Just don't buy a heavy duty 14" out of a 66 series tractor then you will have to put a hyd assist on it to push it in.
