You can put the 3.250" sleeve kit in that engine. You can install a water pump if it doesn't have one. Be sure to clean that block area thoroughly where the old seals were installed. Once you're ready to install your new sleeves coat the lip of the sleeves with dish detergent so they slide into the new seals easily. Make sure you have your crankshaft measured for wear at your local auto machine shop. They will determine if it needs to be ground undersize. Have the machine shop to furnish the correct bearings.
