I'm not into collecting tools but I have seen a few IHC wrench and socket wrench sets for sale at the Red Power Round-ups by vendors who specializes in tools. They are as noted by Rusty quite expensive since they are collectable items with condition being a big driver. $500 would not be out of line at all (if even buyable at that price) in nice condition showing little use. Open end and box wrench sets likewise are similiarly priced (maybe a little less with fewer pieces) but certainly reserved for the collectors.
