"IF" you're going to do it the easiest way is to weld some bolt tabs onto drop center 38" rims. Use 1/2" plate steel. If your not happy with it you haven't ruined anything on the C and can go back to 36" tires. Saw a tractor set up that way and the owner expressed the opinion that it didn't hurt performance. He was running 12.4x38's.
