From what I see they are Plow Chief slat bottoms. My eyes aren't that great, but it looks like they have the spearpoint on them.
If there is a 2-piece share (actually a spearpoint and a share) it's Plow Chief. If the share is a throw away type and only 1 piece and bolts on with 3 or 4 bolts it's a Super Chief. The shin on Plow Chief bottoms is much wider than the Super Chief's as well.
Last I checked, Plow Chief points, shares, and shins were still somewhat available from CaseIH, but pricey. The slats have probably been NLA for some time.
