Super C Steering Problem

My steering locked up tighter than a bulls you know what. Can's turn in either direction. All universals in steering shafts are ok and looks like it's in the front steering box above bolster. Any suggestions on easy fix. Hate to tear down the whole front nose if I don't have to.
