Just re-built my SM and was going to set the valve clearance and noticed one end of the rocker shaft looked a little dry. When I started it up with the cover off it was shooting oil out the split in one of the rocker supports. There were drips coming from the rocker shaft in other areas, but the top of some of the valves looked pretty dry. My question is where should I be seeing oil flowing from to be sure everything is getting proper lubrication? Also, is oil supposed to come from the tube that goes over the top, or is the tube just there to move the oil to the other side. Thanks.
