If you remove the cover under the clutch .You can see if the splined shaft is turning, in the back of the clutch with tractor running. If it turns your trouble is farther back. If not then it is in the clutch either the pressure plate hub shot or the splined shaft. Splitting will be the order for that. You can also pull the plate under the speed trans after draining oil out. Bump starter to see if the gear is turning in bottom front on through shaft for PTO.
